Tina M. Ives

Tina M. Ives, 53, of Newton died Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Catawba Valley Medical Center, Hickory, NC. She was born January 14th, 1972 in Macon, GA, the daughter of the late James and Brenda Ives.

Tina loved riding on Harley Davidson motorcycles, cruising in her Jeep or camping on the hill with her long-time sweetheart of 26 years, Don Whitehouse. She was an avid reader with her Kindle and enjoyed hiking and exploring the outdoors. She absolutely adored her fur babies, Bruce and Maximus. She faithfully served as the Coffee Bar Lead at Discovery Church. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed her time with loved ones and friends.

She is survived by her loving better half of 26 years, Don B. Whitehouse of Newton, NC; her step-daughter, Stephanie Whitehouse Eller, step-son-in-law Colin Eller and granddaughter, Tessa Eller.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm - 3:00pm, Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Discovery Church, 2201 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658.

The Memorial Service will be held 3:30 pm, Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Discovery Church, 2201 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658.
