Shawn David Beard

Shawn David Beard, 60, of Hudson died Sunday, April 27, 2025 at his residence. Born Tuesday, December 29th, 1964 he was the son of the late Donald and Elaine Beard. He was an employee of Google in Lenoir and will be greatly missed by his co-workers. He enjoyed playing guitar, loved to camp and loved animals, especially dogs.

His brother, Patrick Beard; his sister, Donna Beard and a nephew, Colin Beard survive him.

His parents preceded him in death.

The funeral will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 2, 2025 at Jenkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00P.M. at Jenkins Funeral Home.
