Randy Lee McCaslin

Randy Lee McCaslin, born July 22, 1965, passed away tragically on August 22, 2026, at the age of 61.

Randy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for his family, and the pride he took in the life he built.

For more than 30 years, Randy worked as a welder and fabricator at Timmerman Manufacturing, where he dedicated much of his life to his craft. He took pride in his work and in doing things with his own hands.

Randy spent his entire life on the same property, a place that held a special meaning to him. He took great joy and pride in maintaining it and caring for the home and land that had been a part of his life for so many years. It was more than just a place he lived—it was home.

In his free time, Randy enjoyed building and working on model cars. He also took great joy in spending time with his dogs, who brought him companionship and happiness throughout his life.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Katherine; his daughters, Tosha Gyger (Shane Gyger) and Tabitha Charles; and his grandchildren, Zackery Gyger, Kimberly Zimmer, Devon Charles, Mason Charles, and Chantz Bauer. He is also survived by his mother, Linda McCaslin; his sister, Tina Wise; his nephew, Ben Wise, a bonus niece Jessica Helton; and other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Although distance sometimes kept Randy and his family apart, the love between them never faded. His family will forever cherish the memories they shared, the lessons he taught them, and the bond that connected them through the years.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Junior Lee McCaslin.

His passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of those who loved him. Yet his life was so much more than the circumstances of his passing. He was a husband, a father, a grandfather, a son, a brother, and a hardworking man who spent his life caring for the things and people that mattered to him.

Though he is no longer with us, Randy’s memory will live on through his family, the home and property he loved, the work he was proud of, and the countless memories he leaves behind.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
