Peggy Ann Woodie Green

Peggy Ann Woodie Green, 81, of Hickory passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Hickory Village Memory Care. Born, August 8th, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Garfield Woodie and Elizabeth Johnson Woodie.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Brooke Phillips (Matthew); her sons, James G. Green, and Jessie "Darrell" Green (Kim); her four grandchildren; and her two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Kaye Green Lippard.
