Peggy "Penny" Jean Williams

Peggy "Penny" Jean Williams, 69, of Hickory died Sunday, April 12, 2026 at The Greens at Hickory. Born March 13th, 1957 she was the daughter of the late Jerry Horne and Dorothy Kirby.

Her long-term companion, Kerry "Gene" White; her son, James "Jamie" Williams; her aunt, Evelyen Adams; her two sisters, Amy and Donna; her step-daughter, Kristie Bivens; her five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren survive her.

In addition to her parents, her daughter, Rebecca Jean Williams preceded her in death.

The funeral will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Harvest Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. at the church, and burial will follow at Zack's Fork Baptist Church.
