Linda Darnell Little Edwards

Linda Darnell Little Edwards, 77, of Conover passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026 at The Greens at Hickory. Born in Caldwell County, October 4th, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Eubert David Little and Viola S. Little.

Linda found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved cooking for family and friends, especially baking cakes. She also enjoyed tending to her garden. Some of her happiest moments were shared with her sister during trips to Gatlinburg and visits to the beach, creating memories she cherished throughout her life.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews; and her beloved pet, Buckeye.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Erastus Edwards; her sisters, Bonnie Starnes, and Marilyn Rogers; her brothers, Darrell Little, and Leonard “Cooter” Little.

A service will be announced at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church located at 6175 St Peters Church Rd, Conover, NC 28613.
