Jerry Lee Hill

Jerry Lee Hill, 73, of Hickory died Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Carolina Caring Catawba Valley Hospice House. Born August 16th, 1952 he was the son of the late Horace and Nelda Hill. Jerry was a minister for 50 years and he loved the Word of God. He loved fishing, hunting and reading. Since January 2020, Jerry served on the staff of Jenkins Funeral Home as a funeral assistant and the transportation specialist. Jerry will be greatly missed.

His loving spouse of 53 years, Linda Hill; his brother, Larry Hill (Kay); his brother-in-law, Allan Polk and his sister-in-law, Kathy Hill survive him.

In addition to his parents, his sister, Shirley Ann Polk and his brother, Terry Hill preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 30, 2025 in the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home.
