Carole Sullivan

Carole Moore Palmer Sullivan, 83, of Newton, NC, passed away on April 15, 2025. Carole was born in Washington, Pennsylvania, to Russell and Kathryn Moore. Throughout her life, she called many places home, including Washington and Clinton, PA; Spartanburg, SC; Knoxville, TN; and Newton, NC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Kathryn Moore; her brother, Wayne Moore; her brother-in-law, David Cumer; and her husbands, Alan Palmer and William Sullivan.

Carole is survived by her sister, Lois Cumer; sister-in-law, Pat Moore; daughters, Shaynne Palmer and Shawn Robbins (husband, Adam); grandchildren, Spenser Palmer, Nicole Walters (husband, Matt), Alan Robbins, and Holly Campbell (husband, Quinton); and great-grandchildren, James, Peter, and Daphne Campbell.

Carole will be interred at a later date in Sparta, TN, alongside her husband, William Sullivan.
