Andres Corona Perez, 42, of Hickory, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Born November 11, 1983, in Mexico, he was the son of Dionisio Corona Salazar and Antonia Perez Ortiz.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, in the Chapel of Jenkins Funeral Home, located at 4081 Startown Road, Newton, NC 28658.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home prior to the service.
